WHAT IF FRAME IS DELIVERED DAMAGED?
When your package arrives, please inspect everything right away. It doesn't happen often but sometimes a frame can be damaged in transit. If that occurs, please take some photos and msg them to me thru etsy. I will get a replacement artwork to you as soon as possible.


Processing Times

Original Art - Please allow 3-5 business days to process order

Canvas Prints - Please allow up to 5 business days to process orders.

Metal Prints - Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order.

Shim Art Orders - Made to order please allow up to 3 weeks to process order.

All other special orders will have a note to the buyer letting you know expected processing times

Shipping

Once orders are processed and taken to the carriers, we will notify you of expected delivery date and send you the tracking number. Most US deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days with considerations for holidays.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

100% Satisfaction: If you are not completely happy with your artwork, SallieOArt will issue full refund of the price of the artwork once it has been returned in same condition when it arrived. Please contact us at sallieoart@gmail.com within 48hrs of arrival to let us know the issue and if there is a resolution. Purchases should be returned to the following address:
